Batch Image Resize

Now and then I need to re-size a bunch of photos before sending them. Mostly i use Windows so i wanted to find something lightweight for that OS. Ideally without installation need. This post describes 15 tools. I picked FastStone Photo Resizer because it has portable version. The interface is pretty understandable.
